Jon is the head baker. He has 20+ experience. He comes up with all the recipes himself and always looking for time to expand the range.
All the baking happens at Baked @ Milford, where everything is made from scratch and freshly made, including the custard and pastry that we use with pies, quiches etc. We take all fresh product up to Baked @ Greenhithe each morning before opening..
Baked @ Greenhithe open its doors in December 2019 and has built a great community feel to it.
Baked @ Milford opened its doors in February 2023 and is starting to build a great atmosphere.
We are a takeaway bakery but do have a few seats at each bakery if you wanted to enjoy a break before heading back into life.
We have an amazing team of baristas that offer great coffee as well as conversation. We use NZ Roasted Coffee Beans from Chiasso.
